RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are final sale. As we cannot resell any food items returned, we cannot issue a refund for the products you are not satisfied with. Yet, IPSE guarantees a full refund for bad products sold on our website. If you find any quality issues with our products;
you can get your money back once you send us the details of the issues. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 20 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 20-day period, you will no longer be eligible and unable to receive a refund. For this reason, we encourage our customers to open and try our products after receiving them.
