Dumplings are called Mandoo in Korean. We have a tradition of sitting together, making dumplings, and making dumpling soup on special days, New Year's Day, and traditional holidays. When I think of the memories of sitting with my family and making dumplings when I was young, I think of the happy moments at that time.
