All products are final sale. As we cannot resell any food items returned, we cannot issue a refund for the products that you do not satisfied with. Yet, IPSE guarantees a full refund for bad products sold on our website. If you find any quality issues from our products;
you can get your money back once you send us the details of the issues. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 20 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 20 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. For this reason, we encourage our customers to open and try our products after recieving them.
